Amid the challenges of globalization and the need to prepare a high-quality young generation, responsive and adaptive education management has become increasingly crucial. AKMI, as a comprehensive assessment evaluating students' competencies in reading literacy, numeracy, science, and socio-cultural aspects, provides highly valuable data for improving education quality. This research adopts a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative data from AKMI diagnostics conducted between 2021 and 2024 with qualitative data gathered through interviews and observations with stakeholders in Samarinda City. The findings indicate that AKMI data can be used to identify students' strengths and weaknesses across various competencies, which can then serve as the foundation for designing more adaptive and evidence-based curricula. As a recommendation, curriculum development strategies in Samarinda City should focus on improving numeracy and science literacy, while strengthening the already solid achievements in reading and socio-cultural literacy. The method applied in this research is a descriptive qualitative research method. The informants in this research were Islamic Religious Education teachers, community leaders, and the millennial generation in the former localization area. The number of informants was 10 people, determined through the purposive sampling technique. This research was carried out in the Ex. Region. Localization of Kajang Village, South Sangatta. The research results show that the values of moderation being promoted include respect for differences, interreligious dialogue, and participation in social activities, which are important for creating harmony amidst diversity. The people of Kampung Kajang show awareness of the importance of tolerance, although challenges in implementation still exist. Innovation in PAI plays a key role, where the integration of moderation values in the curriculum needs to be adapted to the local context. It is hoped that the use of social media as a learning tool can increase the understanding of the younger generation. However, there are problems such as students' difficulties understanding the relevance of these values and a lack of support from teachers. There is a research gap regarding the effectiveness of the implementation of TOEFL short course program financing policies in higher education institutions, especially related to accessibility and service quality. This study aims to analyze the policy, effectiveness, and impact of TOEFL short course financing at the Language Development Unit (UBINSA) STAI Sangatta Kutai Timur. The approach used is a qualitative approach with a case study design. The results of the study indicate that the financing policy reflects the principle of fair education financing, by providing subsidies without discrimination of economic background and setting an annual budget that includes operational costs and instructor honorariums. This policy has also succeeded in improving students' English competence, as seen from the increase in participants' TOEFL scores and their motivation to develop further language skills. However, challenges such as limited facilities, infrastructure, and instructor qualifications need to be addressed to maintain the sustainability and effectiveness of the program on an ongoing basis. The implication of this study is the importance of improving facilities and improving the quality of instructors as a strategic step in increasing the effectiveness of the TOEFL short course program at UBINSA, in line with the principles of fair and sustainable education management. The results of the study show that: The preparation for teaching Quranic reading using the Qiro'ati method at TPQ Al-Jihad Ketapang is well-organized, as observed from the teaching preparation carried out by the teachers, such as muraja’ah (review) and ice-breaking activities. The implementation of Quranic reading lessons using the Qiro'ati method at TPQ Al-Jihad Ketapang runs effectively, as shown in the following steps: a. Habit formation. b. Opening activities, which include: 1) greeting, 2) student clapping rhythm (tepuk santri), 3) reciting Surah Al-Fatihah and the prayer before studying, and 4) repetition of readings. c. Character education in this school focuses on values such as honesty, responsibility, discipline, cooperation, and tolerance, which are integrated into the curriculum, extracurricular activities, and through the role models of teachers and school staff. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques refer to the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, which involves data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the integration of character values is carried out through collaborative and participatory learning that encourages students to be active, work together, and support each other. Extracurricular activities such as scouts, sports, and arts also strengthen the formation of student character. In addition, teachers and staff act as role models who provide real examples of behavior that reflect these values. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu <em>pretest-postest control group design</em>, yakni untuk mengetahui adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji non parametrik karena data tidak berdistribusi normal, yakni uji Wilcoxon dan uji hipotesisnya menggunakan uji mann whitney. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas yang di ujji dengan bantuan aplikasi <em>IBM SPSS version 24 for windows</em>. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai hasil belajar fiqh menggunakan video animasi lebih tinggi daripada rata-rata nilai hasil belajar fiqh tanpa menggunakan video animasi. Adapun hasil uji hipotesis mann-whitney menunjukkan nilai Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,040 < 0,05 yang artinya hipotesis diterima. Tekhnik anailisi data menggunakan daya beda, kesukaran dan sensitifitas butir soal. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji <em>paired sampel t-test</em> dengan taraf signifikasi kurang dari 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai sig sebesar 0,000 yang berarti kurang dari 0,05 sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa ditolak dan diterima. Dengan demikian memperoleh keterangan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model <em>Index Card Match</em> terhadap hasil belajar Akidah Akhlak kelas II di MI NU Sukomalo Lamongan dan rata-rata hasil belajar peserta didik menunjukkan sebelum menggunakan model <em>Index Card Match</em> nilai rata-rata 56,35 dan setelah menggunakan model <em>Index Card Match</em> nilai rata-rata 82,3 bahwa adanya peningkatan terhadap hasil belajar siswa sebesar 25,95. Among the Sufi values in pesantren are repentance (taubat), piety (wara'), asceticism (zuhud), poverty (faqr), patience (sabar), trust in God (tawakkal), love (mahabbah), knowledge (makrifah), and contentment (ridha). These values are socially constructed through various institutionalized practices. Therefore, the author aims to explore how these Sufi values are institutionalized in the pesantren of Banjarbaru. The author employs a social constructionist approach as the research method, with a descriptive qualitative research design. Data are collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, with data reduction, data display, and data verification techniques for data analysis.</p> <p>The findings of the study are as follows: 1) The institutionalization of Sufi values includes internalization, externalization, and objectivation simultaneously. In the internalization process, there is typification, habitualization, socialization, and indoctrination in the pesantren regarding Sufi values, both as values and as practices of the Sufi path (tarekat), through the pesantren curriculum based on the books <em>Ihya’ ‘Ulum al-Din</em>, <em>Siraj al-Thalibin</em>, and <em>Kifayah al-Atqiya’</em>, as well as through spiritual practices such as <em>mujahadah</em>, collective dhikr, fasting, bai'at (pledge of allegiance), and <em>khalwat</em> (spiritual retreat). In the externalization process, the Sufi values are expressed as ideologies and positive traditions with various adaptations. This research is a development study (R&D) using the 4D model (define, design, develop, disseminate), limited to the development stage. The subjects involved in this study include 6 teachers (from grades 1–6) and 14 fifth-grade students from SDN Bakulan, Cepogo, Boyolali, as well as material experts, media experts, and teachers who are learning practitioners as validators to assess the suitability and validity of the developed media. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, documentation, interviews, and product validation questionnaires. The data analysis technique in the define stage used qualitative data analysis, and in the develop stage, descriptive analysis was employed to evaluate the validity of the application based on the trial results and feedback from validators and users. The results of this development study produced a product in the form of the "Cerita Wayang Detik-detik Proklamasi" application, which has very high validity from material experts, media experts, and practitioners, with an average score of 95. The developed learning application was also assessed through various feasibility tests, both in small groups and large groups, and received a score of 94.5, categorized as "Very High" in terms of text readability, clarity of the learning flow, suitability of images and animations with the material, and the ability to facilitate learning.
