Habermas put forward a theory of communicative action that emphasizes rationality and intersubjective agreement. Meanwhile, Al-Farabi highlighted the importance of virtue and collective purpose in creating an ideal society, and Confucius emphasized the principles of harmony, hierarchical relationships, and the values of politeness. Through qualitative analysis with a literature study approach, this study finds similarities between the three thoughts, namely the importance of a dialogue based on morality that integrates rationality, virtue, and harmony. The proposed model of intercultural communication consists of five main pillars: equality in dialogue, respect for diversity, the search for common truth, the application of virtue, and the achievement of collective harmony. In the context of this sweeping transformation, encompassing urbanisation, modernisation, and social change, the presence of Islamic boarding schools (<em>Pondok Pesantren</em>) in East Kalimantan plays a pivotal role in guiding these shifts. Pondok Pesantren Syekh Muhammad Arsyad Al-Banjari Balikpapan and Al-Mazaya in Paser hold a particularly significant position in instilling sufistic values in the younger generation. This effort is aimed at preparing the community to navigate the waves of change accompanying the capital’s relocation while maintaining a balance between modern progress and a steadfast spiritual identity. This study employed a field research methodology with a descriptive qualitative approach. The research was conducted at Pondok Pesantren Syekh Muhammad Arsyad Al-Banjari in Balikpapan and Al-Mazaya in Paser. Data collection was carried out through three primary techniques: observation, interviews, and documentation. The collected data were analysed using a qualitative descriptive method to examine and elucidate the process of internalising Sufistic values within the pesantren as part of the preparation for the social and cultural changes associated with the national capital’s relocation to Nusantara in East Kalimantan. Dayah ulama hold a strategic position as influential religious figures in shaping public opinion and determining the political support of the community. The study aims to understand the communication patterns employed by dayah ulama in conveying political messages, the main issues they advocate, and their influence on voter behavior. Using qualitative research with a phenomenological approach, data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation to capture the phenomenon comprehensively. The findings reveal that dayah ulama prioritize religious values, justice, and social welfare in their political messages and education. The communication strategies implemented include the use of religious study forums (pengajian), sermons (khutbah), and social media to expand their audience reach. The role of dayah ulama in the 2024 Pilkada extends beyond merely supporting specific candidates; they also act as guardians of political morality within the community. By understanding the concept and learning strategy, educators can determine and plan the direction of the learning they want to adjust to the students. The purpose of this study is to find the concept and learning strategy in the Qur'an so that it can be implemented in the Islamic education learning system. The method used in this study is a literature review with data sources originating from library documents in the form of books and journal articles that are relevant to the discussion. The data analysis used is content analysis with reference to the Miles and Huberman analysis technique and namely collecting data, to be further reduced and presented in descriptive form, then conclusions are drawn according to the data that has been analyzed. The results of this study found that the Qur'an contains many verses about education including discussions about the concept and learning strategy, which also includes objectives, materials, and learning methods. These verses do not mention textually about educational theory but can be understood contextually from the meaning contained therein. Differentiated learning is considered crucial in addressing the needs, interests, and abilities of students with special needs, such as autism. This research adopts a qualitative approach using a case study method, gathering data through classroom observations, interviews with teachers and parents, as well as document analysis related to the curriculum and learning strategies implemented at the school. The findings reveal that the philosophical foundations of differentiated learning at SLB Negeri Garut are based on three main principles: constructivism, pragmatism, and pedagogical ethics that value students' cognitive and socio-emotional diversity. The implementation of this strategy has shown positive impacts on increasing student engagement, mastering academic skills, and enhancing their socio-emotional development. The learning process focuses on respecting individual diversity, adapting teaching methods, and fostering students' holistic potential. Curriculum adjustments and the use of multisensory approaches have proven effective in improving the engagement and capabilities of students with autism. However, challenges persist in the provision of resources, teacher training, and consistent policy support. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data deskriptif kualitatif, yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan tradisi “Mappatettong Bola”.&nbsp;Hasil dari penelitian dalam tradisi "Mappatettong Bola" suku Bugis di Muara Pagatan, berbagai elemen simbolis digunakan dalam ritual mendirikan rumah, seperti Majang (bunga kelapa), Kaluku (kelapa), Kaeng Onyi (kain kuning), dan Passili (daun setawar). Majang melambangkan rezeki, Kaluku simbol kehidupan dan kesuburan, sedangkan Kaeng Onyi dan Passili memiliki makna spiritual terkait perlindungan dan kesejahteraan. Elemen lainnya seperti Manu’ (ayam), Berre Pulu (beras ketan), Otti (pisang), Apang (kue), Loa-loa (kendi), Tello (telur), dan Golla Cella (gula merah) juga digunakan sebagai simbol kehidupan, kebersamaan, keberuntungan, serta doa untuk keberkahan dan perlindungan. Implikasi tradisi mendirikan rumah dalam etnopedagogi terkait dengan penerapan nilai budaya lokal dalam pendidikan. Tradisi ini mengajarkan keterampilan praktis, kerjasama, dan rasa hormat terhadap alam, yang dapat diterapkan dalam pendidikan berbasis konteks budaya. Etnopedagogi juga menekankan nilai keharmonisan antara manusia dan alam, serta pemahaman tentang aspek material dan spiritual. This research aims to explore in depth the application of learning evaluation for students in Pondok Pesantren. This is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach conducted at an Islamic educational institution, namely Pondok Pesantren Darussana Kintap. The data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and document studies, which are then analyzed to determine the planning, implementation, evaluation, and outcomes of Islamic learning at Pondok Pesantren Darussana. Menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan, penelitian ini menganalisis berbagai sumber literatur terkini dalam rentang waktu 2020-2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi platform digital telah meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran dengan tingkat keberhasilan mencapai 82%, peningkatan akurasi bacaan sebesar 65%, dan percepatan pencapaian target hafalan hingga 30% dibandingkan metode konvensional. Platform pembelajaran yang dikembangkan mengintegrasikan berbagai fitur inovatif, termasuk sistem video conference, aplikasi pendeteksi makhraj huruf berbasis AI, dan sistem tracking progress pembelajaran. Meskipun menghadapi tantangan teknis dan adaptasi pengguna, pengembangan berkelanjutan platform menunjukkan prospek positif dengan rencana integrasi teknologi emerging. Employing a qualitative approach, data were&nbsp;obtained through interviews, observations, and documentations. The results showed that the use of digital technology, such as Power&nbsp;Point presentations&nbsp;(PPT), animated videos, and audio, were able to increase students’ interest and motivation. The material that displayed about Islamic learning such as the story of prophet and the congregational prayer. Teachers play a central role in this process, although there was&nbsp;obstacles&nbsp;such as limited infrastructure and technological competence for senior teachers. Its challenges include the need for additional time for technology integration and maintaining a balance between digital and conventional learning. Managerial supervision involves the principal and other school staff in managing various aspects of education that contribute to the quality of learning. The purpose of this study is to understand the concept of managerial supervision and the role of supervision in its implementation so that it can contribute to improving effective learning in schools. In the problems found in MIS An-Nur on a smaller scale, the principal must have the skills needed to ensure the conditions needed for the progress of his institution in order to carry out his role as a supervisor. So, it is expected that the different educational goals at the school level are achieved well. The principal as a supervisor must consistently make efforts to achieve the level of progress mentioned above. The head of the madrasah must carefully consider every aspect of this achievement, including whether or not all the prerequisites for achieving the goal are met. Therefore, it can be said that the duties of the principal are more than just acting as an administrator. They also include supervising, encouraging, and stimulating the performance of instructors and other staff members to maintain a positive learning environment. The results of the study indicate that managerial supervision can have a positive influence in improving effective school management. Through managerial supervision, the principal can carry out effective supervision and management of aspects of education, such as curriculum, students, facilities and infrastructure, school and community relations, financial administration, personnel, culture, and the school environment. In its implementation, managerial supervision requires a systematic and planned approach. The principal needs to have good managerial skills in managing and leading school staff, as well as implementing effective supervision practices. Mujlà principles, such as the use of solid arguments, avoiding personal attacks, and emphasizing wisdom, are important foundations in building constructive communication. This study aims to examine the principles of mujlà in the Qur'an and their application in the context of political debate, especially in the debate for the 2024 North Sumatra governor election.&nbsp;The method used in this study is qualitative with a content analysis approach to debate recordings, related documents, and interpretation of the Qur'an. The findings of the study show that most of the principles of mujlà contained in the Qur'an are reflected in the debate, although there are some violations, such as the use of emotional rhetoric that is not supported by data. This study concludes that the application of the principle of mujlà in political debate can improve the quality of public discussion, strengthen people's political literacy, and create a more peaceful election atmosphere. The study employs a qualitative method using interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that the concept of <em>khalifah</em> in Islam and <em>Tri Hita Karana</em> in Hinduism play a crucial role in shaping ecological awareness. Collaboration between Muslim and Hindu communities in Klungkung in environmental conservation practices has been proven to strengthen social harmony and environmental sustainability. The sample of this study was all grade IV students at MIS Darussa'adah Palangka Raya, totaling 19 students. This study used observation and questionnaires as data collection instruments. (1) Based on data analysis, it was found that the application of the collaborative learning model obtained an average value of 95.73 which is categorized as Very Good, (2) Students' motivation to learn fine arts before treatment obtained 63.75 which is categorized as Sufficient, while students' motivation to learn fine arts after treatment was 82.04 which is categorized as Very Good, (3) The effect of using the collaborative learning model on students' motivation to learn in the Fine Arts subject for students in class IV at Mis Darussa'adah Palangka Raya obtained a significant value of less than 0.05, namely 0.000, so the hypothesis in this study is accepted.</em></p> Rida Aprilia, Gito Supriadi, Setria Utama Rizal ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://ejournal.stitibnurusyd-tgt.ac.id/index.php/FIK/article/view/327 Fri, 28 Mar 2025 13:23:36 +0000
