THE INFLUENCE OF AL-KASBU ON SA�ADATUL UMMAL IN ISLAMIC BANKS IN EAST KALIMANTAN PROVINCE
Abstrak
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh al-Kasbu terhadap Saadatul Ummal pada bank-bank syariah di Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif yang berguna untuk menjelaskan secara deskriptif eksistensi dan peran suatu objek atau variabel penelitian terhadap variabel lainnya, dengan menganalisis hubungan kausal antar variabel secara statistik. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa al-Kasbu memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap Saadatul Ummal. Semakin tinggi al-Kasbu, maka semakin tinggi pula Saadatul Ummal. Kemampuan dalam mengelola kekayaan/aset serta generasi penerus keluarga yang tangguh dari karyawan bank syariah di Provinsi Kalimantan Timur selama lima tahun terakhir, dari tahun 2008 hingga 2012, juga mengalami peningkatan setiap tahunnya. Al-Kasbu telah dilaksanakan dengan baik dan benar oleh para karyawan bank syariah di Provinsi Kalimantan Timur sesuai dengan makna yang terkandung dalam al-Quran surah At-Taubah ayat 105, meskipun belum sepenuhnya kaffah karena kualitas kerja masih belum optimal, yang ditunjukkan oleh skor persepsi rata-rata responden yang paling rendah. Al-Kasbu, yang dimaknai sebagai kinerja karyawan dengan indikator: prestasi, kecepatan/ketepatan, pelayanan, kualitas kerja, peningkatan jumlah Zakat, Infaq, dan Shadaqah (ZIS), peningkatan ibadah sunnah, kedisiplinan, dan efisiensi, memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap Saadatul Ummal. Hal ini berarti bahwa semakin tinggi al-Kasbu, maka semakin meningkat pula Saadatul Ummal melalui indikator penjagaan agama, jiwa, akal, harta, dan keturunan. Pada akhirnya, hal ini meningkatkan Saadatul Ummal secara keseluruhan bagi para karyawan bank syariah di Provinsi Kalimantan Timur.
